How to Use AquaChek 7 Test Strips

Proper pool and spa maintenance starts with regular water testing—and AquaChek 7 Test Strips make it easy. These test strips provide a quick and accurate snapshot of your water chemistry, helping you keep everything in balance for a safer, cleaner swim. Each strip measures seven key parameters: Total Hardness, Total Chlorine, Free Chlorine, pH, Total Alkalinity, Cyanuric Acid (Stabilizer), and Total Bromine.

How to Test Your Water:

1. Remove one test strip from the bottle. Be sure to reseal the container immediately to protect the remaining strips from moisture.

2. Dip the strip into the water and remove it immediately. Do not shake off excess water.

3. Hold the strip level (pads facing up) for 15 seconds—do not wipe or blot the strip.

4. After 15 seconds, compare the colors on the strip to the chart on the bottle. Match each color square to the appropriate range for each parameter.

Tips for Accurate Testing:

• Test at least 2–3 times per week, especially during heavy use or after rain.

• Always use clean, dry hands to handle strips.

• Store test strips in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

• Use fresh strips—do not use after the expiration date.
